		Registration and fees Registration is required for all Conference participants and accompanying persons. Registrations and payments submitted to the Conference Secretariat after August 20, 2007 may not be confirmed in writing. In this case please bring the copy of the registration form as well as the proof of payment of your registration fee with you. Changes to application Changes to your original application for registration will be charged a handling fee of 20 EUR. Cancellations and refunds All cancellations of Conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than July 15, 2007 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 50 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the Conference. Cancellation received after July 15, 2007 will not be refunded. Coffee Breaks During session breaks, refreshments will be served free of charge to participants wearing conference identification badges. Lunches Working lunches are included in the registration fee and will be served during lunch time.
