The external assessment of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and the ISO 14001:2015 environment management system

An external assessment of both standards was implemented in January. The results of the assessment were positive, and the competences of human resources, an effective system of internal assessment implementation and a larger number and the quality of implemented improvements.

The ISO 9001 quality management system was introduced in 2004 and since then its efficiency has been constantly improved. Due to enhanced awareness about the importance of diligent environment management and market requirements, we integrated the environment management system into our quality system in 2011. We also acquired the ISO 14001 environmental standard in 2012.

The introduced and maintained quality and environment management system is very important for the institute, since we constantly strive to develop and improve our services, enhance the satisfaction of our clients and raise the awareness about environment protection.
