The business name of the professional institution misused to deceive consumers

26, Feb, 2018

The opinion of the Market Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia about the disputable device and its advertising

Market Inspectorate

Elektroinštitut Milan Vidmar would like to announce that it does not commercially cooperate with the trader that markets the Power Factor Saver device on the website www.si.technoweek.info and that the publication on the subject web page of the trader is misleading.

We have noticed the disputable advertisement a while ago and requested them to immediately remove the title "Elektroinštitut Milan Vidmar " from their web pace, since they are abusing our corporate name. We would like to warn that similar devices have been tested several times at our High Voltage Laboratory, but we have never got such results that would in any way confirm the statements that are provided in the trader's advertisement.

We want to emphasise that the trader is misleading buyers and abusing the corporate name of Elektroinštitut Milan Vidmar, therefore, the institute does not take any responsibility for any potential damage that the users of the Power Factor Saver device could cause to buyers and users.

Since the trader has not responded to our call, we will use all other legal remedies to resolve the matter.
