The 14th Höfler’s Days International Symposium

The 14th Höfler’s Days International Symposium, which took place on 10 and 11 November 2022 in Portorož, has been successfully concluded. We are proud that we managed to gather more than 140 electricity experts, who with their expert contributions and participation created a knowledge-packed and interesting meeting. We started with a special focus on the history and development of the High Voltage Laboratory, which celebrates its 60th anniversary this year. As in all previous consultations on high-voltage technology, the main aim and purpose of this year's event was to present and exchange experiences in the field of new technologies and high-voltage devices, diagnostics and maintenance of high-voltage equipment and systems, issues related to the siting of power facilities in space, and to discuss different approaches to ensure the reliability of electric power system operation. This time, the expert discussion was part of a panel discussion entitled "Be part of the energy evolution!". The two-day programme with in-depth expert discussions was enriched by the performance of Anika Horvat and Lean Kozlar Luigi.
