Reform of the methodology on the network charge and the tariff system

9. Mar, 2023

Milan Vidmar Electric Power Research Institute is conducting presentations of the new Legal Act on the methodology for determining the network charges for electricity system operators (Network Charges Act), with a focus on identifying the opportunities brought by the new tariffs that will come into force in Slovenia at the beginning of next year.
In 2021, EIMV participated in the preparation of the methodology for the network charge and the tariff system for AGEN-RS, on which the new Network Charges Act is based. The changes are in line with the latest EU policies. Due to the relatively large scope of the changes, we are assisting different stakeholders in understanding them, with the aim of ensuring that they are implemented and applied as efficiently as possible. Efficient adaptation to the new network tariffs enables electricity network users to use electricity networks cost-effectively.
