PREPARATIVES FOR THE SECOND SOUTHEAST EUROPEAN REGIONAL CIGRE (SEERC) CONFERENCE – The Advisory Technical Committee Chairman Prof. Dr. Maks Babuder Message

On 18^th and 19^th of October the SEERC Management Board meeting took place at Istanbul, Turkey, hosted by the Turkish CIGRE National Committee. From the exhaustive Meeting Agenda there are two items to be pointed out:

• The final Report on the 1st SEERC Conference held at Portorož last year presented by the Conference Chairman Mag. Krešimir Bakič (ELES) and

• Report on the 3^rd SEERC Advisory Technical Committee Meeting held in Prag, Czech Republic as well as Draft Rules of SEERC ATC Operation both presented by the past and incoming ATC Chairman Prof. Dr. Maks Babuder (EIMV)

In this SEERC MB Meeting representatives of 11 Countries SEERC Members participated. The Kosovo CIGRE NC was solemnly accepted to SEERC confirmed by a Yielding document signed by the actual SEERC MB Chairman and Kosovo NC Representative.

The 2^nd SEERC Conference to be held next June in Kyiv, Ukraine, its Program and Organization were thoroughly discussed too.
