New innovative resilience platform EIMV®FlexIS

At EIMV, we have developed an innovative resilience management platform, EIMV®FlexIS, for electricity distribution operators.

The platform is the result of a team of researchers from the Electric Power System Control and Operation Department and is part of the Slovenian pilot of the EV4EU Horizon project.

Although the latter platform is primarily designed to exploit the flexibility of electric vehicle charging and Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) technology, it is designed to be open enough to support a wider range of services and flexibility resources in line with the national guidelines for the operation of distribution networks in Slovenia (SONDSEE).

The EIMV®FlexIS platform, based on successful functional tests, has already been deployed in Elektro Celje, integrated with their data platform and the national data Single Entry Point (SEP) of electricity distribution.

We are pleased to be part of a step in the development of services and the market for flexibility in electricity distribution systems in Slovenia, the European Union and beyond, and to remain an important partner of the energy industry.
